Fill out the form below to request a reservation for the Sunriver Bittern Lodge. Our property management company, RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations, will follow-up with you upon receiving your request. Please allow up to 24-hours for a response if submitting the email inquiry form below. If you would like to book now, feel free to call our 24-hour reservations desk at (888) 646-1029. Please review the following policies in regard to reservations at our home.
We offer a complimentary 24-hour hold if you find you need a little more time before commiting to a reservation at Bittern Lodge. Upon making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 2 nights rent to hold the reservation, which is put towards the balance owed, and the final payment is due upon arrival. This deposit is completely separate from the security damage deposit. In addition, there is a 7% Deschutes County Room Tax, 1% Oregon state lodging tax, and an 8% Sunriver Recreation and Promotion Fee along with a non-refundable cleaning fee. If your stay is within 14 days, then the full 2 nights deposit is due at the time of making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date (30 days for major holidays, July and August), your security deposit of 2 nights rent will be forfeited. There is $25 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
Pet Policy
Bittern Lodge is a pet friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, there is an additional pet fee of $10 per night, per pet, or $15 per night for more than one pet. Please note this fee does not cover any damage done by your pet. If damage should occur, your credit card will be charged.
Damage Deposit Policy
In order to protect our home and its belongings, there is a required damage deposit. The easiest option is the non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $100, which covers up to $1,000 of any accidental damage. Please inquire with RE/MAX Sunset Realty's front desk for more information on the Damage Waiver fee. The Damage Waiver does not cover pet damage.
