We offer seasonal specials at the Bittern Lodge year-round like 50% off during the Fall and Spring seasons. Or, the 7th night free during the warm summer months or anytime of the year for that matter. We offer ski special packages with lift tickets during the ski season and a 4th night free over any three-day holiday weekends like Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend.

NIGHTLY RATES
Below you will find an explanation of our rate seasons for Bittern Lodge.

Off Season -
The off season rate is used for the following date ranges:

• Following New Year's Day through prior to President's Day weekend.
• Following President's weekend through June 30th.
• Following Labor Day through December 15th.

Peak Season -
The peak season rate is used for the following date ranges:

• July 1st through Labor Day weekend
• December 16th through December 25th
• All Lodging Specials. When you take advantage of any lodging special, this is the rate that will be applied.

New Year's Rate -
The New Year's rate is used for the following date range:

• December 26th through New Year's Day

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
Please note that minimum stay lengths do apply over the listed time periods. Please inquire with our property management company for shorter stays at (888) 646-1029.

SUMMER - July 1st through Labor Day is a 5 night minimum
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS - December 16th through New Year's Day is a 5 night minimum
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - 3 nights are required over the following holiday weekends: Martin Luther King, President's Day, Memorial Day; Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum.
