Check-in and to pick up keys for the Bittern Lodge is at our property management company's office, RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations. Office hours for RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations is from 8am to 6pm daily. During the summer months, the office hours are extended until 7pm. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. The staff at RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations will give you a detailed map on how to get to the Bittern Lodge once you have arrived. Can't make it before the office closes? Don't worry about this. Please give RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations a call at (888) 646-1029 and let them know you will be arriving late. They will give you instructions on what to do.

AIRPORT ACCESS
The Sunriver resort offers a private airport (S21) for those who have their own plane or who charter a private jet. The regional airport is located only 30 miles in nearby Redmond, Oregon. The Redmond Airport (RDM) offers service from Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, United Airlines and Delta Airlines with direct flights from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Portland.

Rental cars and airport shuttles are available directly from the Redmond Airport. You can rent a car in Sunriver from Enterprise, located at the Sunriver Airport. Scooter's are a fun way to get around Sunriver...scooter rentals are available from Central Oregon Adventures.

CHECK THE WEATHER REPORT
Central Oregon becomes a winter wonderland typically from late November until late March. Driving conditions can be trying during heavy snow storms. We recommend having properly equipped vehicles with winter tires. The roads are plowed well, but hazardous icy conditions and heavy snow fall can occur at anytime. Drive safely and check the road conditions with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) before you leave.
